Overview

The DFOE series dust collectors feature an integrated design that combines the filtration unit, fan unit, and control unit. These units are specifically designed to handle dust and fumes generated from thermal processing operations such as cutting and welding. The DFOE 3, DFOE 4, and DFOE 6 dust collectors can be applied in environmental management or as part of the production process. They offer:

• Compact size with high efficiency; a “plug and play” design suitable for continuous operation.
• Integrated design with a compact structure, small footprint, easy on-site installation, and low installation cost.
• Four different inlet directions for easy connection to on-site piping.
• Integrated spark capture device.
• Downward airflow design with unique Ultra-Web® FR oval filters, enhancing filtration efficiency and cleaning effectiveness.
• Easy-to-empty drawer-type dust collection bucket.
• Exclusive Torit® Delta P-C01 differential pressure cleaning controller with multiple cleaning and communication functions.
• Ability to connect with other machines in the system for linked operation.

Standard Configuration

The DFOE 3, DFOE 4, and DFOE 6 dust collectors come standard with patented Donaldson Torit® Ultra-Web FR flame retardant filters, offering unmatched efficiency for fine particulate filtration. These filters provide MERV 15 efficiency for submicron particles, featuring low pressure drop and long service life.

  Equipped with a 380/50/3 motor and an outlet air volume control valve.
