A: Our shirts are the finest ringspun cotton (known in Elvish as “Cottus Perfecta”) for a gentle, breathable feel.

Matching sets are 90% ringspun cotton with 10% polyester (“Comfortus Durablis”) for extra stretch and durability. And of course everything is 100% CPSIA compliant and child safe.

Once the fabric is prepared, our Elves use Elf-Weave to bring each design to life. This is better than the best quality printing techniques known to man – plus it adds the magic we’re famous for.

Q: What’s your return policy?

A: While we’re confident our Sizing Scroll will serve you well, we understand that sometimes things don’t fit quite right. If that happens, you can return it within 60 days. Just make sure it’s still in its original condition (no magical mishaps, please!). Let us know what size you need to change to and we’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “Thanks, that was fast.”

Q: What if my shirt doesn’t feel magical? (Do you have a guarantee?)

A: If your shirt isn’t filling you with magical power, or there’s something else wrong with it, don’t panic. Helenaya, our Quality Assurance Elf, will personally come round and fix it. And if that doesn’t work (which it will, because Helenaya’s amazing), we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund. But remember, magic sometimes needs a little time to settle in—so try it on again tomorrow.

Q: How fast will I get my shirt?

A: Our Elves work at lightning speed—though not quite 88 mph! Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days, and then it’s up to the USPS (who are also benefiting from a little Elf magic) to get it to your door.

Q: Where do the Elves work?

A: Our Elves have happily set up shop in Nowadays Georgia, where they’re hard at work weaving magic into every GetShirtz product. They have a cozy little corner in our factory that’s decked out with everything they need—like enchanted looms, an endless supply of cookies, and bottomless hot-chocolates. (Ale on the weekends and Margaritas on Tuesdays from five)

Q: Can I request a custom spell to be woven into my shirt?

A: While we’d love to accommodate every magical request, our Elves are currently focused on perfecting their core spells—like the ones that make you look awesome, feel unstoppable, and keep you smiling all day. Custom spells are reserved for special occasions, like when we need to turn Dave into a frog (again).
