The production of Mingqian Ancient Tree Yellow Tea involves 12 precise steps: picking → fixing (kill-green) → cooling → initial rolling → first闷黄 (yellowing) → secondary rolling → second闷黄 → primary drying → shaping → final drying → screening → scenting.
