How do I read my batch number?

We make continuous improvements to our products. It is for this reason that it may be essential to consult the batch number of your product, to check compatibility when purchasing a spare part.

**The batch number may be:

• Written on the packaging towards the barcode.
• Registered in the battery/battery compartment.
• Engraved on/under the product.
  
  It takes the form of 8 digits (4-4 format), or only 4 digits. You must refer to the first 4 digits, they correspond to the week and year of production. For example: batch 3619 corresponds to a product manufactured during the 36th week of 2019, and will therefore be more recent than a lot 4617 corresponding to the 46th week of 2017.
