This hybrid sized chair combines characteristics from both a medium and large chair offering a unique fit for hours of comfort. The plush biscuit back and luxurious chaise provide supportive comfort for your body while the 1-Zone Comfort Zone Positioning System glides your body to an ergonomic recline position.
ONE-ZONE SYSTEM
Comfort Zone 1 provides ergonomic placement of your lower body allowing your muscles to relax for long-lasting comfort. Comfort Zone 1can be adjusted using the two buttons on the hand control.
Zone 1 Lower Body
The patented fourway motion of the seat helps provide relief to muscle and joint pain by placing your lower body in a supported ergonomic position.
Power Lift Mechanism
Simply hold the lift button down and the seat will raise up so you can easily get in and out of the chair without putting any un-due stress on your joints. The entire motion is smooth and motorized and is backed up by a backup battery feature.
Back Up Battery Feature
There is a backup battery feature that will raise the chair up from the reclined position should the power go out. Two 9V batteries provide enough power to raise the chair up so you can get up. It is recommended that you change the batteries after this happens to ensure it has enough power should it need to be used again.

Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We stand by every product we sell, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. That’s why we offer a 30-day Return Policy for most of our items.
If you wish to return a product within 30 days of receiving it, simply cover the return shipping costs and we’ll assist you in processing a full refund.
*Please note: To be eligible for a refund, returned items must arrive at our distribution center in “Like New” condition, including all original packaging and accessories. “Like New” means the items must be unused and free of any visible signs of wear.
This 30-day return policy applies to all products unless otherwise specified below.
The following brands have a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs: Luraco, Infinity, Kyota, Flexispot, Kahuna, Rockertech, Perfect Sleep Chair, UltraComfort.
Note: Relaxing Recliners does not set this restocking fee or return policies. We have the same policies and fees that our suppliers provide us.
Relaxing Recliners reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the refund amount if the product is damaged, not in “like new” condition, or incomplete. If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees will be applied.
If your order has already been processed and we are unable to cancel it with the vendor, a 5% cancellation fee may apply.
Please check the product pages for specific return details, as some manufacturer restrictions may apply.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will assist with processing an exchange if allowed under our return policy.
Once we receive your item(s) and confirm they are in their original, undamaged condition, we will send you an email confirming your refund.

Damages
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately upon delivery and send photos to [email protected] on the same day. Relaxing Recliners will cover the cost of any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise you receive. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before order processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after processing will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.
All orders over $3,000 or multiple order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee regardless of order status.
Due to the manufacturing process, all custom-made items cannot be canceled or returned.

Our 30 day return policy is dependent on our vendor’s return policy. If their policy is different than ours, it will be stated on the product page.
