Energy bolus This E-PILL provides your cow with the necessary energy she cannot miss. If your cow has a negative energy balance, it is likely caused by a rapid increase in milk production after calving. The cow is unable to take in enough energy and therefore needs a little extra. This bolus contains sodium propionate for more energy and to reduce the amount of ketones in the blood. This pill also provides good support as a follow-up treatment for milk fever or a displaced abomasum surgery. Dosage: 2 boluses per day Administer with a bolus gun, for 2 days.
