Friendship Towels in Huckaback

This weaving kit includes all the yarns needed to weave these Friendship Towels in Huckaback that were designed by Betsy Blumenthal and Jane Patrick for Design Collection #18: A Treasury of Towels pages 4-5.

Huck-a-back blocks add lots of texture & absorbency to these great looking towels!

Yarns: Aurora Earth 8/2 cotton

Note: Cottolin was originally used in this pattern.

Equipment needed: 4 shaft loom, 25″ weaving width; 10 dent reed; 2 shuttles.

Instructions needed:  Handwoven’s Design Collection #18: A Treasury of Towels available from Long Thread Media.

Finished size:  four towels 21″ x 34″ kitchen towels. The pattern shows amounts for two towels, but this kit will make four towels.
