The RCR features a patented mounting system using the Trijicon RMR footprint, allowing for secure and straightforward mounting. RCR mounting bolts are specifically designed to prevent over-torque, cross-threading, and screw head stripping, making installation trouble-free. Its windage and elevation adjustments are convenient, requiring no special tools with 1 MOA per click settings.

Constructed from robust 7075-T6 aluminum with a hard coat anodized finish, the RCR is built to endure any condition. It operates on a CR2032 battery, providing up to six years of continuous operation at Setting 5, ensuring reliability over extended periods. The sight maintains the unique patented housing shape of the RMR, now in a closed emitter format, which effectively diverts impact forces away from the lens to boost drop survivability and facilitate one-handed slide manipulation while sealing out elements.
