Venus fly trap – 3″

Dionaea muscipula. Carnivorous plants attract insect and traps them in their folding leaves. Avoid touching to trigger closure as this requires a lot of energy and can exhaust their nutrient supply.  Feeding dead or trapped bugs once a month is adequate.
